First winner for Irish Road's first starter

Tony Baloney prevailed in a stretch duel to win his first career start at Calder Race Course on October 12th. The chestnut gelding was bred in Florida by Harold Cason, trained by Bennie Stutts and is owned by Dominick Auricchio. He is the first foal out of the Precise End mare, Sybelee. The 5 ½ furlong Maiden Special Weight race was run in 1:06.73.
